All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers (via BCA Virtual Account), and digital wallets.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Return and Refund Policy
At Taco Kitchen, we are committed to providing authentic, fresh Mexican food and excellent customer service. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be issued.
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels. We will either deliver the correct item or issue a full refund for the affected items.
- Quality Issues: If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards (e.g., damaged, cold when should be hot, improperly prepared, or spoiled), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Delivery Failure: If your order is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or cannot be delivered due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund.
4.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after food preparation has begun
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable to receive delivery after multiple attempts
- Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference (unless there is a legitimate quality issue)
- Orders that have been partially consumed
- Requests for extra spice level or mild adjustments after the order has been prepared
4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through:

- Direct message on our social media channels
- In person at any of our locations across Bali
Please provide your order number, date of purchase, and details of the issue along with photographic evidence where applicable.
4.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For BCA Virtual Account payments, refunds will be processed back to the originating account. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.
4.5 Replacements
In cases of incorrect orders or quality issues, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund at our discretion or based on your preference.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
We take food safety seriously and follow all local health and safety regulations. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, gluten, shellfish, and various spices.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Taco Kitchen and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Taco Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
